All orders above 100euro will be shipped for free (Benelux).

You have 14 days after receiving the product to return it. The purchase may therefore be returned within those days after receipt of the product. If you want to return something please let us know in advance via info@graafgent.be. As soon as we have received the return we will refund the amount + shipping costs within 30 days.

If the product is damaged or used upon return we reduce the damage on the purchase amount and only reimburse the residual value.

You pay shipping costs yourself when you choose to return an item. You can return items yourself at our address, please contact us in advance.
